1. Pre-Order Deposits
For pre-order reservations, a 14-day cooling off period applies to your deposit.
- You may cancel your pre-order within 14 days of placing your deposit for a full refund
- After 14 days, deposits are non-refundable as we use these funds to secure manufacturing capacity
- If Jupyter cancels your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund including your deposit

2. Product Returns (After Delivery)
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In original, unopened packaging, OR
- Opened but unused and uninstalled
- With all accessories, cables, and documentation included
- With proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
How to Start a Return
- Email us at orders@jupyter.com.au with your order number
- We'll review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions
- Ship the item back to us using the provided label
3. Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at orders@jupyter.com.au if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective or not working
- You received the wrong item
- Components are missing from your order
For defective or damaged items, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Defective products can be returned at any time within the warranty period.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for a refund:
- Products that have been installed, activated, or paired with your home network
- Items with damaged, missing, or tampered packaging
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
If you've installed a product and it's defective, you're still covered under our warranty - contact us for a replacement.
5. Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right product is to:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the item you want
This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to process.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We'll notify you within 3 business days whether your refund is approved
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds go to your original payment method
- Your bank may take additional time to post the refund (typically 3-5 business days)
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at orders@jupyter.com.au.
7. European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
This is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy. The same eligibility requirements apply - items must be unused and in original packaging.
8. Return Shipping
- Defective/damaged items: We provide a free return shipping label
- Change of mind returns: Customer pays return shipping costs
- Wrong item sent: We provide a free return shipping label
