No storage costs like Ring or Google Nest. Your Jupyter Hub can store up to 5 years of recordings before overwriting older data, depending on traffic and daily volume. The only subscription will be for optional Voice AI and text summaries features — and we include 60 days of free text summaries to try it out.
Yes! Use our camera compatibility checker to verify your camera's vendor compatibility, or visit onvif.org for specific model support. We support up to 6 RTSP/IP cameras at full HD quality.
All your data is processed locally and stored on your Hub's encrypted storage — never on our servers. We use state-of-the-art encryption techniques to ensure your stored and streaming data is always secure. Complete data sovereignty.

Occupancy Illusion uses the Indoor Halo's powerful 30W full-range speakers to project realistic household sounds — conversations, dogs barking, kitchen activity — filling rooms up to 50 square metres (540 sq ft). Burglars case homes looking for signs of vacancy. This makes them think twice.
Yes, an internet connection with at least 2 Mbps download/upload speed is required for streaming to your SecureProtect app. Local recording and AI processing continue to work even if your internet drops temporarily.
The Hub and Indoor Halo are plug-and-play — setup is guided through a simple app wizard. The Outdoor Halo requires semi-professional support for ceiling or wall mounting of its brackets, but setup is still easy via the SecureProtect app wizard.
Yes! The Indoor Halo works as a premium WiFi speaker. Spotify Connect is supported at launch, with wider support for other popular music apps planned for future updates.
The Jupyter Hub comes with an 18-month warranty. Indoor Halo, Outdoor Halo, sensors, and cameras each have a 12-month warranty. See our terms for full details.
Additional Outdoor Halos can be added to your system. Currently, Indoor Halos and Hubs are limited to one per home. In the future, we plan to release OTA updates enabling multiple Indoor Halos (up to 6) to work as an immersive mesh speaker system.
The Hub requires AC power. The Indoor and Outdoor Halos are primarily USB-C powered with backup batteries for the alarm and speaker unit in case of power outage. Battery life depends on usage — we estimate standby lasting up to a few days.
Yes! We offer flexible payment options. Choose Pay in 4 (interest-free over 6 weeks) or monthly financing (up to 24 months, interest may apply). The Full Protection bundle works out to around $50/month over 24 months. See full terms.
