Jupyter devices are designed with privacy in mind. All AI processing for face recognition, motion detection, and behavior analysis happens locally on your Jupyter Hub. Your video footage never leaves your home network unless you explicitly choose to enable cloud features.

Voice AI and Text Summary are optional subscription features scheduled for release in Q3 2026. These are the only paid features in the Jupyter ecosystem - all core AI features remain free.
