- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location
- We ship from Shenzhen, China via DHL/FedEx
- Tracking included on all orders
1. Waitlist Shipping Timeline
All current reservations are waitlist signups with an estimated shipping window of Q2 2026 (April-June). Exact dates will be confirmed and communicated to all waitlist members via email before any payment is collected.
- You'll receive regular email updates on manufacturing and certification progress
- We'll notify you when pre-orders open (early 2026) with your priority access window
- We'll confirm your shipping address before dispatch
- Balance payment will only be collected when we have a confirmed ship date

We currently ship to the following regions:

3. Shipping Cost Estimates
Shipping is NOT free. Costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Below are estimated ranges:

4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted international carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:

The carrier used depends on your location and is selected for the best combination of speed, reliability, and cost.
5. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking at no extra cost.
- You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships
- Track your package on the carrier's website or through our order status page
- Delivery notifications are sent when your package is out for delivery
6. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, please note:
- Australia: No additional duties or taxes
- USA: Orders under $800 USD are typically duty-free
- UK: VAT and duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility
- EU: VAT and duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility
Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. You may be required to pay these fees upon delivery.
7. Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address?
- Before shipping: Log into your account or contact us to update your address
- After shipping: Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
For waitlist reservations, we'll confirm your shipping address before dispatch in Q2 2026.
8. Delivery Issues
Package Not Received
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbours and household members
- Look for delivery notices or check secure locations
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage (package and contents)
- Contact us immediately at orders@jupyter.com.au
- We'll arrange a replacement at no cost
