Be anywhere.
Home is looked after.

At 3:42 you know the kids are home. In Tokyo you read how the house spent the night. In November your parcels stay safe. How jupyter minds the people and places you love while you are somewhere else.

There is a particular kind of worry that comes with a full life. It is never dramatic. It is the small question at 3:40 in the afternoon, in a meeting across town: did they get home?

Most cameras answer it with motion detected and a clip of a tree. jupyter answers in words, and only when something deserves your attention. The rest of the time it keeps the house, and keeps quiet. Here is a school afternoon, a holiday and a parcel season, and what each one is worth to you.

After school

3:42 pm. You know they are home.

The bus pulls away. The kids walk up the path, phones in their pockets, and the house stands down as they reach the door. No code, and nothing for anyone to remember.

A Keyfob on the bag. The house stands down as they come in.

The door

The house knows its own.

Their phone tells the house they are nearly home, and the Keyfob on the bag is the second signal that confirms it at the door. The house stands down as they walk in, and once the last person has been gone for the grace period you set, it arms itself behind them.

Your phone

You know it is them.

FaceAI recognises the faces you add. Your phone says Mateo was spotted at the front door, not motion detected.

Tonight

The afternoon, in words.

Helios tells the day as one story, with who came home and when. Read it tonight, or in tomorrow morning’s brief.

Add a face once, from the SecureProtect app.

And if the face at the door is not family, the same cameras notice. A stranger who lingers at the gate is flagged, and you get the clip. If someone keeps coming back, put them on the watch list and you are told the moment they return.

All of it runs on the Hub in your home. Your footage and your family’s faces stay on your own premises, so there are no cloud storage fees, and Helios Essentials needs no subscription. Voice, AI answers and calls are part of Helios Pro.

Away on holiday

Leave for the airport. The house stays on guard.

The car is packed, and part of you stays behind with the house. An empty house has a look and a silence that tell the street nobody is in. jupyter takes both away, and keeps watch over the doors and the rooms while you are gone.

The Entry Door Sensor, available separately. The moment a door opens, the Hub knows.

Lived-in

The sounds of a home, on your schedule.

OccupancyAI gives an empty house a pulse. The Indoor Halo plays the life of a busy home: people talking in the next room, a dog barking and pacing the hallway towards the door, appliances running in the kitchen, in a pattern that changes every day, so it never sounds like a loop. Schedule it for the evenings you are away, start it from the app or your watch, or let it begin on its own when the cameras see someone at the gate.

Listening

Glass, a bang, a call for help.

While the house is armed, SoundAI listens through the Indoor Halo and your cameras’ microphones for breaking glass, a loud bang or a person in distress. You are told at once, and the siren sounds. With Helios Pro, jupyter can also phone you in a natural voice and, if you do not answer, call a number you supply, such as a police station’s normal line, with the address and what it heard. It never dials 000: in an emergency, call 000 yourself.

Every morning

Breakfast in Tokyo, news from home.

The Morning Brief is waiting when you wake, wherever that is, with how the house spent the night, in a few plain sentences.

Seen

And answered.

When the house is armed and someone lingers where they should not, the Outdoor Halo sounds a loud siren while it is still happening.

Day four · 7:30 am · Tokyo

Coffee by the window of a quiet hotel in Ginza. The kids are still asleep, and home is a long flight away.

What jupyter does. The Morning Brief is already waiting: a quiet night, the house sounded lived-in through the evening, and nothing needs you. You finish your coffee.

Parcel season

Your parcel is minded until you get home.

November brings the boxes. Most land while nobody is home and wait on the porch in full view of the street. Here is what happens instead.

ParcelAI sees the courier, and the parcel they leave.

Delivered

You know it arrived.

ParcelAI sees the courier leave it and tells you it is there, with the clip.

Guarded

You know if someone reaches for it.

If anyone other than the courier lingers by your parcel or reaches for it, you get a theft warning at once, with their face.

Answered

And the porch speaks up.

With the house armed, the Outdoor Halo by the door answers a would-be thief with a loud siren, as they reach for it.

Thursday · 1:10 pm · the porch

A courier leaves a box by the door. Ten minutes later, someone loiters at the gate, glances up the street, then walks to the parcel. Just as they reach for it, the Halo sounds: loud, uncomfortable, impossible to ignore. They flinch. Heads turn down the street. They leave with nothing.

What jupyter does. The Outdoor Halo sounds as they reach for the parcel, and a theft warning with their face and the clip reaches your phone the moment it happens.
